Rippleton Roadsters Child Care Program will view the children as being competent, capable, curious and rich in potential. RRCCP is committed to providing fully inclusive environments that support a sense of Belonging, well-being, engagement and expression of every child in our care.  We Provide a positive learning environment where the children and staff are competent, capable of complex thinking, curious and enhances his or her level of development through play experiences.  It is also an atmosphere that is reflective of our families with diverse social, cultural and linguistic perspectives.
